The application described at taktgeber-studio.com is provided and operated by Taktgeber Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Taktgeber Studio”) for its own use. It publishes video content owned by the operator to social accounts owned by the operator.
2. Not a public service
This is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public, accepts no registrations and provides no service to third parties. No licence or right of use is granted to anyone else by these terms or by the availability of this website.
3. Acceptable use
The operator uses the application only to publish content it owns or is licensed to publish, and in accordance with the terms of each platform on which it publishes.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The application and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any particular upload will succeed.

6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on services operated by Google, Meta and TikTok. Their availability, terms and decisions are outside the operator's control, and the operator is not responsible for them.

If these terms change, the updated text is published on this page and the effective date above is updated.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
