Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy describes how Taktgeber Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt), referred to below as “the operator”, handles data in its automated publishing tool available at taktgeber-studio.com.
The application is an internal tool of the operator. It has no third-party users: nobody registers, signs in or is served by it. It connects only to social accounts owned by the operator and publishes the operator's own video content to them.
2. Platform access
The application requests the following access, and nothing beyond it.

Google / YouTube. One scope is requested:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— upload of video files to the operator's own YouTube channel. The application does not request or receive read access to any user's YouTube data, profile, subscriptions, watch history, comments or analytics. - Meta. Publishing of the operator's videos to the operator's own Instagram and Threads accounts.
- TikTok. Upload of the operator's videos to the operator's own TikTok account.
3. What is stored
- Access and refresh tokens for the operator's own social accounts, stored on the operator's server and used solely to perform uploads.
- Video files prepared by the operator for publication.
- Publication records — the identifier of the published post, its destination account and the time of publication, kept so the same video is not published twice and so failures can be diagnosed.
4. What the application does not do
- It does not collect personal data of any third party.
- It does not share, sell, rent or otherwise transfer data to anyone.
- It does not use data for advertising, profiling or model training.
- This website carries no advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics and no third-party scripts, and it sets no cookies.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Taktgeber Studio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept for as long as the corresponding account remains connected and are deleted when access is revoked or the connection is removed. Video files and publication records are kept for as long as the operator needs them for its own publishing activity, and are deleted on request.

7. Revoking access
Access granted to the application can be revoked at any time:
- Google:
myaccount.google.com/permissions - Instagram and Threads: the apps and websites section of the account settings.
- TikTok: the account settings of the connected TikTok account.
Revoking access stops all further publishing. Tokens for the revoked account are deleted.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page and the effective date above is updated.
